The room was beautifully presented and brand-new with fresh towels or bedding, we stayed in all day. The hotel's location was incredible, so close to many great bars and restaurants for going out, Los Cristianos and water park which would highly recommend. And it was 500 metres from Playa de Troya beach.
We didn't like that there was parking space missing, were a little disappointed.

Loved my stay here and recommend it. Everything was very comfortable, the parking was nearby, the room was well presented. The location was excellent for exploring this particularly good area, near to the beach and waking distance from restaurants and bars and shops bars restaurants. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Playa de el Bobo.

I loved it, the hotel is tidy, has outstanding staff and location. Lots of meals for breakfast, including meats, fresh bread, sausages, cakes and yogurt. The room was cleaned and available with double beds, utensils, balcony. Restaurant in property was super and the pool area was amazing.

It is undoubtedly a low-budget option when in Playa de las Americas. The view was amazing from our balcony. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. We only slept at the apartment, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.
